We really enjoyed reasonably spacious rooms and fabulous food.
We had a spacious bedroom. Location: the hotel was right by the marina, main shopping area/restaurants and the shops, restaurants and the beautiful Four Mile Beach. Visited Slipstream Sculpture, located just a pleasant stroll away from the venue...

What an excellent location with hosts at the property that really make your stay awesome. Sue and her husband were a wealth of information and always very helpful and friendly. Truly our best holiday ever. We hope to return in a couple of years when our children are a little older and can enjoy the reef. The facilities and the location of the apartments was the best. Thank you thank you thank you

verandahs was a well appointed 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. The location was fantastic, we walked everywhere to all restaurants and to the beach. The managers of the place were fantastic, very accommodating and nothing was too much effort, they were lovely.

Had an excellent stay there My friends and I felt so welcomed and would definitely recommend the apartment as an alternative to a hotel stay. Would definitely go back next visit to Port Douglas

The staff were incredibly helpful, recommending fantastic restaurants to try. the location is truly perfect, nestled on a beautiful tropical island. Being close to the stunning Port Douglas, Verandahs in Far North Queensland is just a short distance from the town and the beach, which features a stinger net and lifeguard for safety.

Very friendly and helpful owners of this family run business. The apartment was well appointed and clean and very comfortable. The location was superb with a short walk to both the main strip of shops or the beach.
The blinds in the bedrooms were great for shutting out the light at night, however when you opened them in the morning there was no privacy from neighbouring rooms/apartments. A curtain that allowed light and partial viewing outside would allow the blinds to be opened but still maintain privacy.

Sue and staff were so friendly and helped with booking tours , the accomodation is modern and very clean and close to everything, we felt relaxed because you are made to feel so welcome, I would highly recommend the Verandah
